When you send the form on this site, we receive your name and studio, your work email, your game's Steam link, the plan you are interested in and your message. We use them to reply to you and to prepare a proposal. If you email us directly, we keep that correspondence for the same purpose.
We send marketing communication (such as China Radar Weekly and product news) only if you tick the marketing box on the form or subscribe yourself. Every message has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to stop at business@yanlixing.com.
This site and the China Radar set no advertising or analytics cookies and use no trackers. Embedded YouTube videos are loaded from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain; YouTube may set its own cookies once you play a video. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
Your details are handled by YLX and the service providers we use to run email and hosting. We do not sell personal data. If you ask about marketing, community or publishing in China, we pass your enquiry to our partner Huqiao Games only with your agreement.
We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in contact about a possible project, and for up to 24 months after the last contact. Marketing subscriptions last until you unsubscribe.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it, and you can withdraw consent at any time, by writing to business@yanlixing.com. If you are in the EU or the UK, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
