Payments are processed by Stripe. The invoice and receipt come from Stripe in the seller's name.

What you buy

A PDF file, described on its product page. One purchase may be used by everyone in the buying studio or company. You may not resell, publish or share the file outside it.

Price and tax

The price is shown on the product page and again at checkout. Where VAT, GST or sales tax applies to your country, it is shown at checkout before you pay. Businesses can enter a VAT or tax number at checkout.

Delivery

Right after payment you see a download page, and the same link is emailed to you. If it doesn't arrive, write to business@yanlixing.com and we send the file by hand.

Withdrawal and refunds

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once you ask for the download to start right away and confirm that you lose it. If the file is faulty, can't be opened, or isn't what the product page describes, write to us within 14 days and you get a working file or a full refund.

Buyers receive China Radar Monthly, one email a month, unless they choose "No newsletter" at checkout. Every issue has a one-click unsubscribe link.

Services

The Culture Sprint and the China Desk are agreed separately in writing, with their own scope and price.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the law of the country where you live.
